Taking a holistic educational approach in its multi-faceted ministry, Total Sculpt focuses not only on the spiritual well-being and development of individuals, but on the physical, as well. A seminar, writing, and exercise ministry, Total Sculpt is committed to fitness from the inside out...that is transforming the total person: body and soul. Believing that the spiritual formation of an individual is not independent of the physical dimensions of life, Total Sculpt offers opportunities and materials for positive life changes. Body sculpting provides a unique “hook” to attract the attention of a broad spectrum of individuals—adults and teens. Contoured sensitively to fit an increased awareness of the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and practices, Total Sculpt utilizes exercise classes, seminars, and instructional materials as the core of its methodology. Soul sculpting is spiritual training with the goal of spiritual transformation of the individual. Spiritual transformation is a matter of training wisely and consistently. Total Sculpt facilitates this process through class discussions, life coaching, and materials that are biblically based. Progressive levels of spiritual formation counseling are essential to the soul sculpting experience and implemented through customized instruction and exercises. A Total Fitness Program Total Sculpt offers exercise/life-coaching classes in partnership with churches, seminaries, and other sponsor groups. This 8-week, twice-a-week aerobisculpting workout (complete with highly motivational body & soul coaching) is designed for teens and adults at all levels of fitness who are seeking positive changes in their bodies (size, strength, shape, endurance, fitness level), in their approach to eating, and in the way they see themselves. What does a 1 to 1-1/4 hour class session include? - Body Sculpting: An exhilarating 45 - 60 minute workout — which combines low-impact step aerobics, light weight-training, boxing, and stretching—is performed to Christian music.
- Soul Sculpting: Nutritional information, exercise strategies, and biblically-based teaching are components of the weekly sessions and materials.
