Total Sculpt Founder: Marilyn Jeffcoat

Author and national conference speaker, Marilyn Jeffcoat demonstrated her ability in the area of body sculpting by loosing over 100 pounds through an exercise and healthy eating regime, winning first place in a national makeover competition, and becoming a certified personal trainer. The former Dean of Women of Reformed Theological Seminary and chair of the Bible faculty of The First Academy of First Baptist Church in Orlando, Marilyn has more than twenty-five years of ministry experience in Baptist and Methodist churches. In addition to serving as president of Total Sculpt, Marilyn presently trains individuals one-on-one and leads upper-level Total Sculpt classes. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Jon, and has one son, James, who is married to his high school sweetheart, Kristi.

Total Sculpt Beginnings

Marilyn first responded to the requests for help by many who have heard her story by expanding her then SpirituaLife conference and writing ministry to include "Body and Soul Sculpting." The idea of also launching body and soul sculpting exercise classes was born early in 2003. After testing the program in 2003, the name Total Sculpt was adopted with the formation of a new company in the Spring of 2004.
