I knew I had to do something about my health. Venturing into Total Sculpt was a big step for me. The exercise has helped my joints. Getting around is so much easier for me. I don't get out of breath like before and have much more stamina.

The workouts challenge me. I'm getting encouragement from so many to keep it up. I feel the Lord is pleased with me and as though He is smiling down on me. I know this will be a lifetime commitment on my part.
